Ethics
The journal editorial office follows the internationally recognized standards and standards of RA on protection of the copyright of scientific publications (cf. http://publicationethics.org/resources/international-standards).
Journal editorial office is making every effort to protect the scientific ethics and quality; however it is not responsible for the published materials (text, photograph, drawing, table etc.), rights and expressed ideas/viewpoints. The authors themselves are responsible for the content.
The journal promotes articles that maintain the scientific ethic rules, referencing the published and unpublished information sources and have acknowledgements section. The first footnote reference should be used as “Acknowledgement” (by expression of gratitude to other specialists, the author demonstrates that before sending the article to the editorial office, the article underwent certain process, being discussed verbally or in written form).
The editorial office is obliged to inform the author about admission or rejection of the article as early as it is possible (during 30 days).
For his part, the author is obliged to submit an article, according to the required criteria. Editorial office keeps the secretness of identity of the reviewer.
The reviewer must express unbiased opinion, noting the strengths and weaknesses, pieces of literature not included in the paper. Reviews are made on a special form provided by the editorial office. These should be printed and signed (verbal versions of the review and versions with notes on the article text are invalid).
As the work of the reviewer is not paid, the editorial office recompenses the reviewer by publishing his work out of turn (of course, after going through the corresponding process).
Decision on publication is made by the chief editor on the basis of review and special research of the article as well as after coordination with editorial council.
Before the article publication the author reviews the edited text (visiting the editorial office personally or reading the PdF version of the article) and gives his consent.
